Eligibility:Applicants ordinarily have a Bachelor in economics and must be ready to attend seminars and colloquia at the Iraqi host university.
-They will be in residence in the area of the host university during the period of the scholarship, which normally runs from September 1st to February 27 or from March 1st to August 31st each year.

Scholarship Description: Master students in economics or related social sciences departments of German universities who are working or planning to work on a Master thesis on Iraqi economy or economic policy in Iraq and would like to pursue a part of this research project at a University in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, preferably at the University of Salahaddin in Erbil, may apply for a master student grant of the Center for Iraq Studies
