Eligibility:-To be eligible, students must have successfully completed at least one year, as indicated by the annual evaluation and the transfer/confirmation examination and meet any two of the following criteria.
-One publication submitted;
-One oral presentation at an international conference;
-One license/patent application;
-One peer adjudicated prize/award from a body external to Dublin Institute of Technology.
Scholarship Open for International Students: No
Scholarship Description: Scholarships are available to help DIT students complete their PhD where the funding programme does not cover the full 4 years. The award covers a stipend of €16,000 annually, up to a maximum of 2 years, upon successful completion of each year based upon the Annual Evaluation. An additional €2,000 for project costs, which may include research materials and conference travel, will also be provided annually.
