Category B Scholarships for Europeans Students at Denmark

Eligibility:
-An applicant who receives a Category B Erasmus Mundus scholarship has to meet the conditions of the status of a so-called “European” applicant. Regarding this, please confirm that you are within the EU Commission’s definition of a “European” applicant (Article 2, 9):
-A Category B scholarship can be awarded to applicant nationals from the 27 EU member states or the EEA-EFTA states: Iceland, Norway and Lichtenstein.
-Applicants from Turkey, Switzerland, the Western Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia can also apply for a category B applicant scholarships if they are – or have been – residents and have carried out their main activity (studies, training, work or leaisure) for more than a total of 12 months within the period from June 1st 2006 – May 31st 2011) in any of EEA-EFTA state.

Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: Turkey, Switzerland, the Western Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia

Scholarship Description: The European Commission offers a limited number of Erasmus Mundus Category B scholarships for European students. Click here to find out if your country is considered to be an EU-member state or EEA/EFTA state. Category B scholarships can be awarded to any student who do not fullfil the criteria for a Category A scholarship i.e nationality requirement and 12 months rule.
