Eligibility:
-Awarded annually to a full time undergraduate student in Psychology or Kinesiology & Physical Education who has completed KP210/PS286 Sport Psychology course.
-Application must be accompanied by a minimum 250 word paragraph about the impact of sport psychology on the community; minimum cumulative GPA of 9.0 in required courses;
-demonstrated volunteer work in the community will also be taken into consideration

Scholarship Description: The Dr. Fred Binding Memorial Award in Sport Psychology was established to honour and remember Fred Binding, a long-time Laurier faculty member who had a conviction for the psychology of sport and taught KP210/PS286 Sport Psychology with passion and persuasion This is the application for competitive scholarships and awards for undergraduate students. This completed application is required for all award opportunities which state that an application is required, with the exception of opportunities which specifically indicate that a “distinct” application is required.
