-Fellowship candidates must have completed an accredited Radiology training program and be:
-Certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Diagnostic Imaging or
-Proof of these qualifications must be provided by all applicants.

Scholarship Description: The University of Toronto Residency Program in Nuclear Medicine is part of a six year dual certification program in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Twelve months of Nuclear Medicine training are completed in 2 to 6 month blocks during the PGY 3 -5 years. Twelve months of dedicated Nuclear medicine occur in the PGY 6 year following completion of the certification exam in Radiology. All dual-certified residents in the program presently fulfill the Royal College requirements. In order to meet Royal College requirements, these candidates begin their Nuclear Medicine rotations during the second half of their PGY3 year and add an additional year of Nuclear Medicine following the PGY5 year for a total of a six-year residency.
