The French Government, through its Embassy in Jakarta, has been providing excellence scholarships to Indonesian citizens for more than 29 years. In order to pursue its objective to support Indonesian human resources, the French Embassy will offer scholarships for the year 2010. Those scholarships are given to government officials, lecturers, students, with a priority to those involved in a cooperation program between France and Indonesia, to undertake two kinds of training:

- Master degree (full scholarship)
- Doctoral degree (18 months full scholarship)

Scholarship Description: The School of Modern Languages of the University of St Andrews is pleased to announce its programme of three one-year scholarships, each worth £5,000, to be awarded to suitably qualified candidates from the countries listed below for the academic year 2011-2012. The primary purpose of these scholarships is to enable students to complete a oneyear taught MLitt programme. While priority may be given to students applying to the MLitt programme in Spanish and Latin American Studies, those interested in any other taught MLitt programme offered by the School of Modern Languages will be given due consideration and are also encouraged to apply. All MLitt programmes involve two consecutive semesters of taught modules plus a period of research (from the beginning of June to the end of August) devoted to writing a 15,000-word dissertation under the supervision of a full-time academic member of staff. Scholarship Description: In May 2011 we will award one full funded studentships to an exceptional candidate, to enable them to pursue Film Studies at St Andrews from  September 2011. The award will support three full years of Ph.D. study, and is available to candidates from within or outside the UK/EU. The scholarship will be awarded by competition. Applicants are invited to apply via the Postgraduate Office for a place on the programme, and their applications will be considered for this scholarship along with those of other applicants. To be eligible prospective students must have been offered a place on the PhD programme. Scholarship Description: We offer awards totalling £250,000 every year, with each international scholarship worth £3,300. These are open to prospective full-time postgraduates in any subject area on a one-year taught masters degree. Scholarships are available for both September entry and January entry (for courses with a relevant start date).

Scholarship Description: Through gifts made by Kingston alumni to the Annual Fund1, the Development Office is offering a number of postgraduate scholarships for UK and EU students (classified as ‘Home’ for fees purposes). The aim is to: encourage academic excellence; and allow talented young graduates to continue to higher levels of learning and research. They are available for all courses (except teacher training/PCGE courses) and will pay 50% of the fees (up to £3,000) for a one-year, full-time or two-year, part-time masters programme. Applicants must:  be classed as ‘Home’ for fees purposes; and have already received an offer of a place to study at Kingston. The closing date for scholarship applications for entry into the 2011/12 academic year is Friday 26 August 2011. We cannot consider applications for scholarships received after this deadline. Scholarship Description:Established in 1998 from a generous bequest by Jane M. Klausman, a member of the Zonta Club of Syracuse, New York USA, and the 1990-1995 Zonta International Parliamentarian, the Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship is awarded annually to women pursuing undergraduate or Master’s degrees in business management.The program operates at the Zonta club, district and international levels. Zonta clubs provide awards for club recipients. Zonta International awards scholarships of US$1,000 each at the district level and twelve international scholarships in the amount of US$5,000 each. The Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarships are awarded annually and may be used for tuition, books or living expenses at any university, college or institution offering accredited business courses and degrees.

Women pursuing a business or business-related degree who demonstrate outstanding potential in the field are eligible. Online students are also eligible. Members and employees of Zonta International or the Zonta International Foundation are not eligible to apply for the Scholarships.
